Privacy Policy

M/S Mahalovya Gauba (“MG”) has established this privacy policy to explain how the information of its Customer (defined in “Terms of Use”) is protected, collected and used. MG values the privacy of its customers and makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality of their personal information.
By using www.JAG.CAB or JAG.CAB (JAG.CAB and www.JAG.CAB are interchangeably used) in any way, the customer agrees to accept its privacy policy. In the event the customer objects to its privacy policy, or any aspect therein, and/or any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or, in the event that it becomes dissatisfied with JAG.CAB for any reason whatsoever reason, MG advises the Customer not to use JAG.CAB from then onwards.

1. Protecting privacy

  • MG does not send its customers unsolicited communications for marketing purposes, unless it pertains to JAG.CAB or products& services promoted by it.
  • MG does not sell or exchange its customers’ information with the third parties for any purposes.

  • MG collects very limited information about its customers at the time of registration or otherwise

  • All contact information is stored. Even after "deletion," this information may be archived elsewhere.
  • Cookies are pieces of information that a site transfers to customer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web surfing easier for the customer by saving preferences. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information supplied by the customer. A cookie cannot read data off customer's hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. The use of cookies is an industry standard that can be found on most major sites. MG understands that many customers are concerned about cookies. MG provides this cookie policy statement to let its customers know how it may use this technology. JAG.CAB uses cookies to help improve the site and services, and, most importantly, provide its existing customers with the opportunity for increased convenience. JAG.CAB also uses cookies to inform of repeat visits, and customer preferences, but in no circumstance will cookies ever be used to store sensitive information.
  • Although MG makes good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, it cannot guarantee complete security. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore MG cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted, but the customers should be rest assured that MG works hard to preserve all information. Customers must also accept that there is always a chance of messages, pages, or personal information being intercepted by others.

4. Circumstances in which MG may release information

  • MG may disclose information about its customers if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
  • MG may also disclose information about its customers to law enforcement officers, legal counsel, or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce this document or MG’s Terms Of Use, or to respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MG’s employees, its customers or the general public.
